Privacy Policy

US Technology Venture Group, LLC (“USTVG,” “we,” or “us”) uses customer information to provide call scheduling and factory sourcing, quotations, samples, and project coordination. This policy explains the information handled through our website and related services.
1. Information we collect
When you submit a paid project or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, company, email, preferred call date, time, timezone, optional phone number, product description, project stage, estimated quantity, budget, timing, and uploaded photos, drawings, PDFs, or CAD files.
For payment verification, we record the payer’s email, payment reference, amount, verification status, and related project records. Our hosting and payment providers may also process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and security logs, under their own policies.
Call appointments are booked through Calendly. Information you enter on its booking page is handled under Calendly’s privacy policy and shared with USTVG for the appointment.
2. Payments
Payments are processed through GoDaddy’s hosted checkout. We do not collect or store full card numbers or card security codes through our project form. GoDaddy handles payment details under its own privacy and payment terms. USTVG uses the payment information available to us to verify purchases, handle refunds, and address payment disputes.
3. How we use information
We use information to verify payment, provide access to the project form, assess product requirements, find and communicate with relevant factories, obtain quotations, arrange samples, respond to you, maintain business records, and protect the service against misuse.
We do not use project files for unrelated advertising or sell project submissions. The website currently does not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics.
4. Sharing information
Information may be processed by our website hosting, file storage, payment, and communication providers as needed to operate the service. Relevant product specifications and files may be shared with prospective factories, sampling partners, inspectors, testing laboratories, or logistics partners when needed for the agreed project.
Manufacturing partners may be located in China, and service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Share only information and materials you are authorized to provide. If particular materials require restrictions or an NDA before disclosure, tell us before we begin sourcing or sharing them; this privacy policy is not an NDA.
We may disclose relevant information to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, or respond to a payment dispute. We limit project disclosures to what is relevant to the purpose.
5. Files, access, and security
Project submissions and attachments are stored separately from the public website. The project inbox is restricted to the site owner, and paid project links control access to the submission form. Keep your private upload link confidential.
We use HTTPS and access controls. No method of online storage or transmission guarantees absolute security. Avoid uploading payment card details, government identity documents, or sensitive personal information unrelated to the product project.
6. Cookies and private project links
After you open a valid paid project link, the site sets an essential, secure access cookie for up to 30 days so you can use the project form. It is used for access rather than advertising. Blocking or clearing this cookie can prevent the form from working until you reopen your valid private link. GoDaddy checkout and ChatGPT sign-in for the owner inbox use their own cookies and policies.
7. Retention and deletion
Project files and submissions remain stored until removed by USTVG. You may request deletion by emailing us. We may retain payment, service, correspondence, or dispute records when needed for ongoing services, accounting, legal obligations, or the establishment or defense of claims. Deletion requests are subject to those needs and applicable law.
8. Your requests
Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided, or to ask about a project disclosure. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Children
Our services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can address it.
10. Updates and contact
