USTVG POLICIES
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective October 7, 2026
The $499 sourcing fee is non-refundable once substantive work on your project has started, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
1. What the fee covers
The $499 USD upfront fee is for the agreed sourcing package for one product: factory matching, obtaining a factory quote, and sourcing samples through the selected factory. Sample type, quantity, customization, shipping arrangements, and any separately agreed costs are confirmed for each project. Production, tooling, specialized testing, and additional order management are separately agreed.
The fee compensates USTVG for its sourcing and coordination work. It is not a deposit toward a factory production order and does not guarantee commercial success or that you will decide to manufacture the product.
2. Cancellation before work starts
You may cancel and request a refund of the $499 sourcing fee before substantive work begins. Email your request to Office@ustechnologyventuregroup.com with your name, payer email, and payment or project reference. Eligibility is assessed based on whether work had begun when we received your request.
3. When work has started
Work starts when USTVG begins substantive project activities, such as reviewing your product requirements for sourcing, researching or evaluating factories, contacting suppliers, preparing requests for quotation, obtaining quotations, or arranging samples. Payment verification and issuing an upload link alone do not count as starting the sourcing work.
Once substantive work begins, the $499 sourcing fee is non-refundable under this policy, even if you change your mind, pause the project, decide the quoted manufacturing cost is too high, or choose not to place a factory order. This restriction does not override mandatory rights or remedies for services not performed as agreed.
4. Problems with the service
If you believe the agreed service has not been provided, contact us with the specific issue and your payment or project reference. We will review the work and discuss an appropriate resolution. If USTVG cannot perform the agreed service, or a refund is required by law, the non-refundable-after-start rule does not eliminate the applicable remedy.
5. Duplicate or unauthorized payments
Report duplicate charges, an incorrect amount, or a payment you believe was unauthorized. We will investigate available payment records and work with the payment provider to address verified errors. Do not send card numbers or security codes by email.
6. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact USTVG if you have a payment or service concern so we can try to resolve it. A change of mind or a decision not to proceed with manufacturing after agreed services have been delivered does not create a refund entitlement under this policy.
Customers must not submit false or misleading payment-dispute claims. Where a dispute is opened, USTVG may provide the payment provider or card issuer with relevant transaction records, project communications, and evidence of work performed.
This policy does not prohibit lawful chargebacks or waive rights available under applicable law, card-network rules, or your agreement with your card issuer. Contacting USTVG first is encouraged, but is not a condition that limits those rights.
7. Approved refunds and other charges
Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider to the original payment method where supported. Posting time depends on the payment provider and financial institution. Separate factory, sample, freight, tooling, or other third-party charges are governed by the separately agreed terms; this policy addresses USTVG’s $499 sourcing fee.
8. Contact and applicable rights
Send cancellation and refund requests to Office@ustechnologyventuregroup.com. Include your name, payer email, payment or project reference, and the reason for your request.
Mandatory consumer protections take priority over conflicting language in this policy. Any separate written project agreement may add specific terms but cannot remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
